Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Breakfast and Lunch Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests. The server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure tables are properly set and clean before seating new guests.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including any specials or seasonal items.
• Respond to guest inquiries and accommodate special requests.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
• Process payments and provide accurate change and receipts to guests.
• Assist in cleaning and resetting tables as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Server.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
