**Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant**

As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. PAY: $19-$21/HR + Up to $100 commission per rental!
$45 a month Blue Cross for yourself and discounted housing available!

Location: Watford City, ND

Schedule:
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Some Saturdays if needed!

• $19-$21/hr plus commissions on move-ins (up to $100 each)

What You Will be Doing:

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

What You Need to Have:

• Strong computer skills
• 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
• Skilled problem solving
• Excellent communication skills
• An unmatched dedication to customer service
• The drive to learn and get better everyday
