What You'll Do As An Apartment Leasing Manager We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community. In this role, you will:
- Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals
- Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices
- Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests
- Support managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and documentation
- Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation
- Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and generate traffic
- Support, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters
- Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success
What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you MUST have:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic
- Flexible schedule – some weekends are required
- Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
- Stable work history
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Important: Candidates must live within a
20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
