Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) Position in Valparaiso, IN

Titan Placement Group is excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in Hammond, IN. Hammond, located in Northern Indiana, offers a blend of industrial heritage and historic charm, making it a unique and vibrant community. This position is with a well-established healthcare facility serving underinsured, uninsured, and low-income patients in Indiana.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $150,000
Employee Bonus
Productivity Bonus (after first year)
Health Insurance – Employer pays 75% (approximately $80 per pay period)
Dental and Vision Insurance
Offered Retirement Package – 401(K) with 4% Match, Student Loan Repayment – Eligible for assistance from $50,000 to $100,000

Responsibilities:

Maintain flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs
Participate in call schedule rotation (1 week on-call every 3 weeks)
Work collaboratively with a full support staff to provide comprehensive midwifery care
Exercise autonomy in decision-making and patient care

Requirements:

Looking for 1 year of experience to demonstrate compassionate care and commitment to women's health
Possess a clear and active license in the State of Indiana as a Certified Nurse Midwife
