• Schedule: Full Time Days
• Performs other duties as assigned. Manages electronic applications for documentation, viewing patient-specific information, and utilizing charging applications in the research setting.
• Educates patients, families, and significant others about research protocols and serves as a resource.
• Coordinates the work of support staff, laboratory technicians, and assistants to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality results.
• Ensures adherence to research protocols and maintains compliance with documentation standards.
• Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs based on age and protocol requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Interpersonal communication Skills: ability to interact and maintain good relationships with a broad spectrum of healthcare disciplines and the public under all circumstances. Required.
• Detailed oriented and has teamwork skills, motivated, organized, ability to perform multiple tasks in a timely manner, and work efficiently under pressure. Required.
• Ability to be a critical thinker with an analytical approach to problem-solving. Required.
• Proficient in protocol research nursing. Preferred.
• Outpatient Infusion Center nursing. Preferred.

Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• Graduate of EMS Training Program required

Work Experience:
• 1+ professional nursing experience [Required]• Oncology experience [Required]
Additional Information:
• N/A

Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
