Job Description

Do you have experience working in the Logistics industry? We are looking for an individual with experience in International Logisitcs via multiple modes of transportion. This role is fully in the office and does not offer any remote work.  Must be able to commute to the Irving area.  Additional inquiries can be sent directly to melissa.hernandez@randstadusa.com

salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Reviews invoices, manifests, and other supporting documentation to process shipments within Customs regulations and corporate policies. 
• Data entry of commercial information into Customs operating system. 
• Obtains necessary, or missing, documentation by calling client when required. 
• Verifies documentation for entry and rating compliance. 
• Prepares and submits Customs Declarations/Entries to US Customs. 
• Provides customer service and assistance via telephone and email as required. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Skills

• Customs Brokerage (3 years of experience is required)
• International Logistics (3 years of experience is required)
