Job Description: Data Entry Clerk
Job Type: (Remote)
Jonesboro Realty Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our company database. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the real estate industry and develop their data entry skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update data in our company database, including property information, client information, and financial data
- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information from team members and clients
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in data entry or administrative support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
