Dental Office Manager

NABA Dental – Memorial Area, Houston, TX

NABA Dental is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our growing practice in the Memorial area of Houston. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front office operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and office efficiency.
• Perform and supervise insurance verification , eligibility checks, and claims follow-up.
• Support treatment planning and patient communication as a Treatment Coordinator.
• Handle or oversee billing functions , including patient billing, insurance billing, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure accurate documentation and financial workflows using Dentrix Ascend.
• Maintain excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Dentrix Ascend (required).
• Prior experience in dental office management or a senior front desk role.
• Strong background in:
  • Treatment coordination.
  • Front desk operations.
  • Insurance verification and claims processing.
  • Dental billing and collections.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dental environment.
