The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for a strong and talented Mail Clerk.

• Preparing, weighing, labeling, and calculating postage for shipments (FedEx, UPS, USPS).
• Receiving, scanning, sorting, and distributing mail to departments or individuals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and directing individuals to the appropriate personnel or department.
• Scan, save, and distribute mail promptly using designated systems or software.
• Manage mailing tasks and ensure accurate filing of paperwork to maintain organized records.
• Promptly log all incoming calls into the Prolaw system and relay them to the appropriate attorney or case manager for follow-up.
• Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization in the mailroom area at all times.
• Ensure mailroom equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stocked as needed.

• High accuracy in sorting and labeling to prevent delivery errors.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift packages.
• Must have excellent Customer Service, phone and people skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and office equipment.
• Interacting with employees and external couriers.
• Must have attention to detail and good time management.
• Must be a team player and work well with others.
• Must be professional at all times, work well under pressure, and be able to multitask.

Salary & Benefits:

• 1 week paid vacation after 6 months.
• 2 weeks paid vacation after one year.
