**About the Role**
We’re hiring a **Junior Dispatcher** to support our fast-growing USA trucking operations.
This is a **fully remote role** where you’ll coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and brokers, and help keep operations running smoothly and on time.
If you’re **organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment**, this is a great opportunity to break into the logistics industry and grow.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
* Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery
* Communicate with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support
* Work with brokers to manage loads, updates, and issue resolution
* Handle delays or issues by finding quick and effective solutions
* Maintain accurate records of shipments and dispatch activities
* Track performance and report on delivery progress
* Support customers and internal teams with clear, timely communication
**What We’re Looking For**
* Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Comfortable handling calls and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Able to multitask and work under pressure
* Proactive and solution-focused mindset
**Bonus (Nice to Have)**
* Experience in logistics, dispatch, or customer support
* Experience with cold calling or sales
* Exposure to trucking or transportation environments
**Technical Requirements (Fully Remote)**
* Stable, high-speed internet connection
* Clear headset for calls
* Reliable computer/laptop
**Working Hours**
* Based on **Chicago (CST) time zone**
* Monday to Friday
