Randstad is supporting a financial firm who has an opportunity to take your KYC/FIU expertise beyond casework and step into a highly visible role where your insights directly inform senior leadership decisions.
You’ll play a key role in strengthening AML controls within a large banking environment—transforming complex data into clear, actionable intelligence and helping drive meaningful audit remediation efforts. This position is ideal for someone who combines investigative depth with polished presentation skills and enjoys influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

salary: $45.76 - $53.7 per hour

Responsibilities
- Conduct AML-focused customer reviews, including screening and alert dispositioning
- Analyze investigation findings and synthesize AML insights for executive audiences
- Build reporting dashboards to track AML audit remediation progress
- Translate complex Excel data into clear, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
- Present trends, risks, and remediation updates to senior business leaders
- Represent the business in cross-functional meetings and governance forums
- Facilitate working sessions with business line leaders; document and track action items
- Review process standards, identify control gaps, and support remediation efforts
- Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regulatory expectations
