Your role in our mission

  • Help create the power in Gainwell’s processes as we develop purpose-built technologies and solutions that yield better health and human services outcomes.
  • Pick up and deliver mail daily between the post office and client locations using a company fleet van, including multiple client deliveries per day
  • Process incoming mail and scan claims, attachments, and other documents using a Kodak scanner
  • Audit and review claims, manage return-to-sender mail, and request/document claim purges
  • Prepare monthly postage reports for billing and respond to emails from clients and vendors
  • Collaborate with the Data Entry team to ensure proper procedures and perform other duties as needed

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus general PC/Windows knowledge and Microsoft Office skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular mail handling and delivery tasks
  • Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills; able to work independently and on a team
  • Preferred: Mailroom experience and familiarity with paper Oklahoma Medicaid claims

The pay range for this position is $28,500.00 - $40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
