A well-established manufacturing company operating in a GMP/SOP environment is searching for an experienced Electromechanical Mechanic. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience to join a high-performing production team supporting production machines, industrial ovens, and packaging equipment.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machines, industrial ovens, conveyors, and packaging machines in a GMP/SOP environment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including motors, motor starters, relays, contactors, control circuits, three-phase power systems, 480V systems, and 277V lighting circuits.
- Diagnose and maintain Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), motor controls, and related automation components.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, and wiring layouts to install, wire, and repair production equipment and control panels.
- Test motors and electrical components using proper diagnostic instruments to identify shorted or grounded coils and other faults.
- Perform mechanical repairs including bearings, gearboxes, chains, belts, pulleys, shafts, and equipment alignment, along with troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and support continuous production operations.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, SOP, and safety standards including lockout/tagout procedures, while accurately documenting all maintenance activities.
