We specialize in multi-functional parts using complex injection molding and mechatronics, with a strong R&D presence, creating everything from interior elements to exterior panels, and are known for our expertise in high-tech plastic applications.Role: Ensures the continuous, efficient operation of injection molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Key responsibilities include repairing hydraulic/pneumatic systems, installing/removing molds, and optimizing machine parameters to meet quality standards.

1. st shift: 6:55 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday and every other Saturday.
2. nd shift: 2:55 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. Monday - Friday and every other Saturday.

Competitive Salary * 401(k) w/ 4% match * Health / Dental / Vision insurance * Paid time off * Life insurance * Disability insurance Tasks and responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and maintenance on injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment (dryers, grinders), and robots. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. Mold & Equipment Set-Up: Install, remove, and adjust molds, and set machine parameters per production requirements. Quality & Process Control: Monitor machine operations to ensure production quality, troubleshoot defects, and adjust settings as needed. Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of maintenance actions, machine repairs, and downtime. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols (lockout/tagout) and OSHA regulationsEducation and Skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting. Plastic injection molding prefrred. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work orders. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, work with tools, and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to interpret technical documentation (blueprints, schematics, specifications). Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment reliability and process improvement. Team-oriented with the ability to train and mentor less experienced technicians. Computer proficiency and strong communication skills.
