REMOTE AGENTS (Work From Home)
● License: Must have a valid Health Insurance License.
● Experience: Experience is required.
● Certification: Completed 2026 AHIP is required.
IN-OFFICE AGENTS (Boca Raton, FL)
● License: We will pay for your State License and AHIP.
● Experience: No experience needed.
● Support: We will enroll new hires' deals while we buy you more states.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
● Educate clients about Medicare, identify their unique needs, and match them with the perfect plan.
● Build meaningful client relationships while guiding them through the enrollment process.
● Consistently hit sales goals and track your progress.
● Stay updated on CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
● Stay current with carrier certifications for carriers we offer, including but not limited to: Aetna, Anthem, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Wellcare, and Zing.
● Share best practices with peers and support a high-performance sales culture.
MUST-HAVE CREDENTIALS
● Valid Health Insurance Agent License in your resident state (REQUIRED).
● 2026 AHIP Certification required.
● Reliable, hard-wired high-speed internet, dual-monitor setup, and strong computer skills.
● Confident phone presence and genuine drive to help clients.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
● Prior Medicare sales experience preferred.
● No experience? In-office training is available if you live near Boca Raton, Florida.
NICE TO HAVE
● Multi-state licensing or willingness to perform and produce to be awarded additional state licenses.
● At least one year of experience selling Medicare Advantage plans if planning to work remote.
● Carrier releases on hand if possible, but not required.
