Job Title: NDT Inspector II

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to validate Carbon Fiber Integrity on complex assemblies using precision NDT equipment such as Ultrasonic NDT Testing Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Validate critical defects (Delaminations, De-bonds, and Cracks) on complex assemblies using precision equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure structural integrity and structural bonding.
• Document and record the measurement results during Ultrasonic NDT measurement and validation activities.
• Set up precision Ultrasonic test equipment used to validate critical structural testing on complex assemblies.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of experience in Ultrasonic NDT measurement systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of NDT Best Practices and other relevant NDT standards.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using precision Ultrasonic instruments and other NDT processes.
• Proficient documentation and communication skills.

Work Environment

The position operates within a non-climate controlled manufacturing shop.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Midland,TX.
