• Strong Earnings Potential
• Dry Van OTR Loads: Weekly gross revenues typically range from $6,000 to $10,000.
• Generous Percentage: You keep 88% of total gross revenue, maximizing your take-home.
• Sign-On Bonus: $400 after successfully completing your first 4 weeks on the road.
• Transparent Expenses & Net Estimates
• Trailer rent (Milestone trailers): $260
• Trailer insurance: $39
• Auto liability insurance: $339
• Occupational insurance: $40
• ELD subscription: $19.95

Additional short-term expenses:

• Escrow (first 10 weeks): $250/week (total $2,500 over 10 weeks - $1500 if you run your own trailer)
• ELD Security Deposit: $200 (two installments of $100)
• After these, many drivers see net weekly take-home in the range of $3,000–$6,000 during the initial escrow period, and $3,500–$6,500 afterward, depending on load volume and miles run.

Note on Equipment : We provide you with a 100% functional trailer , so you start with reliable equipment. You’re responsible for ongoing trailer maintenance .

Requirements

• Electronic Dispatching

• Driver referral bonuses: earn $400 by referring fellow owner-operators.
• Compliance & Safety Focus
• Valid CDL held for at least 2 years and owner-operator authority/MC number.
• Required insurances in place (you must carry PD insurance; we handle auto liability and trailer insurance via deductions).
• ELD-equipped and compliant with FMCSA regulations.
• Clean driving record and commitment to safety.
• Well-maintained equipment: since we give you a fully functional trailer to start, you just keep it in top condition with regular maintenance.
• Endorsements: Hazmat and/or tanker endorsements if you wish to run those specialized loads—let us know so we can match you.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers, to transport goods safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a valid CDL, Hazmat, and Tanker endorsements.
• Load and unload freight, utilizing equipment such as forklifts as necessary.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and cargo transported.
