Internship Details Savion is seeking a self-starting and highly motivated undergraduate or graduate student with a passion for Real Estate and an interest in Renewable Energy from an accredited university to fill a Real Estate Summer Intern position. This position would be starting in May 2026 and running to August 2026 with the possibility to extend the duration to December 2026. The candidate will complete a variety of tasks while being trained and mentored by our team of Real Estate experts. This position is open to all qualified individuals who desire to join Savion’s dynamic development team in our Kansas City office.
Our Program Savion’s internship program offers you an exciting opportunity to learn from the best in the renewable energy industry with one-on-one mentorship, work in a family-like environment, and engagement in team-building activities with your intern peers and other Savion employees. During your internship, you’ll gain more insight into the industry, develop real-world organizational-based experience that you can add to your resume, and begin to create a network of contacts.
Position Responsibilities - Physically file, arrange, and organize real estate documents.
- Assist with data entry and spreadsheet management to maintain accurate databases.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure project workflows are smooth.
- Provide support in coordinating project-related activities and tasks.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from team members promptly.
- Conduct audits of existing physical files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Work with contract control specialists to learn about project controls systems and provide support.
- Assist with tracking title commitments, including ordering, receipt, and review.
- Aid in the vendor invoice approval process.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including document management and tracking.
Position Requirements - Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
