Pay Rate: Approximately starting at $40/hr (varies by visit type) About the Position We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with OASIS E, be confident performing Start of Care (SOC) visits, and be well versed in Medicare home health guidelines. Requirements

• Active Florida RN license
• OASIS E experience required
• Comfortable completing Start of Care (SOC) visits
• Solid understanding of Medicare documentation and regulations
• Level 2 Background Screening (fingerprints) required
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for field visits

Strong communication, organization, and assessment skills * One year of Home Health experience Job Responsibilities

• Conduct SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge assessments
• Document accurately in compliance with OASIS E and Medicare standards
• Deliver high quality skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
• Travel within the Riverview, Sun City, Ruskin, and Apollo Beach areas

Compensation * Approx. $40 Based of the type of visit

• Compensation varying based on visit type (SOC, ROC, Recert, routine visits, etc.)
• Consistent workload within a focused service area
