Job Description

We are seeking a deeply intuitive, visually refined Social Storyteller to translate the world of Sui into living, breathing digital form. This is not a traditional social media content role. It is a storytelling role for someone who understands atmosphere, nuance, and human presence. This role involves creating compelling narratives and experiences that captivate diverse audiences, enhance guest engagement, and promote our brand’s story across various platforms.

This person has an editorial eye, a documentarian’s curiosity, and a reverence for real moments. They know how to capture energy—not just images—and how to recognize when a story truly reflects a brand’s essence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, strong interpersonal skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine creativity with guest interaction in a lively, community-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Craft visual narratives that express the feeling of Sui across platforms
• Conduct thoughtful, artful community interviews with members, teachers, and guests
• Capture moments of ritual, movement, stillness, and connection
• Translate in-person experiences into meaningful digital storytelling
• Edit short-form video and photo content with a refined aesthetic sensibility
• Observe performance insights to understand what resonates, what deepens connection, and what may need realignment
• Identify when content strengthens brand recognition and when it drifts from alignment
• Help safeguard visual and tonal consistency across all published content
• Actively monitor social channels, respond thoughtfully to messages, and engage with the community to support meaningful growth
• Manage events and coordinate storytelling sessions, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Assist with event planning, setup, and breakdown to ensure seamless storytelling activities.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance overall guest experience.

• Excellent communicator with the ability to captivate audiences through public speaking and storytelling techniques.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
• Naturally outgoing, creative, and enthusiastic for creating memorable stories that resonate with our audience.
