Delta-T Group is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our growing corporate team located in Bryn Mawr.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist Account Managers with the growth of accounts, and establish and maintain an effective "touch system" with clients
* Coordinate placement details and help develop efficient business processes
* Promptly follow-up on leads obtained by team.
* Partner with the recruitment team to fill open positions
* Manage daily client and consultant interactions
* Coordinate and attend job fairs, marketing events, and conferences.
* Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge.
* Encourage and facilitate cooperation, pride, trust and organization identity.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum of 3-5 years verifiable experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, or business development
* Ability to multitask and give close attention to detail
* Exceptional customer service and phone communication skills
* Demonstrated ability as a self-motivated team player
* Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills
* Fully proficient in software applications including Excel and Word
