As a Tesla Support Advisors, your role will be to guide our existing and future customers and create an exciting, memorable and best in class experience. You will join an international and diverse team supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy and mobility.
Your main responsibilities will be to support customers, offering them guidance about their Tesla Products. We want every customer to feel valued and informed, about our innovative products. You can help to deliver customer support in a way that creates an outstanding experience that represents the Tesla brand values.
What You'll Do Support: You will support Tesla customers on a wide range of matters, resolving roadside, technical and service-related inquiries. We trust you to guide, educate, troubleshoot and contribute an excellent customer experience, every timeCoordinate: You collaborate with a wide network of Tesla colleagues and departments locally and globally. By partnering across teams, you aim to ensure consistency in our customer experienceMake a difference: We depend on you to create an experience where every Tesla customer feels valued, heard and informedDevelop: You will be a part of a brilliant team with the mind-set to grow. What You'll Bring Customer-centric above all: No matter what, you act with customer in mind. You have a clear background within customer support, and will contribute to the team’s ability to deliver an even better experienceAn excellent communicator: You manage English fluently and always communicate clearly, concisely and respectfully. Additional languages are a plusDigitally savvy: You have the ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systemsA skilled multi-tasker: You prioritize efficiently, deliver on time and never lose sight of the big pictureA fast learner: We do not expect you to be a Tesla expert on day one and our dedicated training team will upskill you quickly. We do expect you to be eager to learn and thrive on new challengesFlexible team player: You like collaborating closely with different kinds of people and can work in shifts to support your team. This may include weekends as well as morning and evening shiftsSafe to drive: We require you to hold a full valid driver’s license
