• Efficiently dispatch tow trucks to ensure timely service delivery.
• Track the status of dispatched services and provide clients with updates as necessary.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with tow truck operators to ensure prompt service.
• Document all calls and service requests accurately in the dispatch system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize dispatch processes.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the towing or transportation industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with dispatch software or GPS tracking systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
