UX/UI DESIGNER (PRODUCT & GROWTH)

IncubatorLab is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our thriving team!

Role Objective:

As a UX/UI Designer at IncubatorLab, you will design intuitive, high-converting digital experiences across our portfolio of brands. This role is ideal for designers who understand conversion-rate optimization (CRO) , work quickly, and iterate effectively based on user feedback and performance data. You aren't just making things look "pretty"—you are building interfaces that drive measurable growth.

What You'll Do:

• Product Design: Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Constantly iterate on designs based on performance insights, heatmaps, and A/B test results.
• Conversion Focus: Apply UI best practices around visual hierarchy, accessibility, and clear Calls to Action (CTAs).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate asynchronously with Growth teams, Creative Strategists, and Developers to ensure technical feasibility.
• System Maintenance: Maintain quality and consistency across a high volume of assets and design systems.

Requirements we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically for e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (our primary tool) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prototyping Skills: Ability to create functional prototypes to demonstrate motion and interaction.
• Visual Fundamentals: Mastery of typography, color theory, and layout systems.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills for asynchronous documentation.
• Remote Proficiency: Comfort working in a fast-paced, global, remote environment.

Working Hours: We are a global, remote team. We don't care when you do the work, provided deadlines are met and quality is top-tier. We do ask for a few hours of overlap with US-based EST working hours each day to facilitate team meetings and Slack communication.

• The "Above the Fold": Examples of landing pages designed to convert within the first few seconds of a user landing.
• User Flows: Proof that you can take complex requirements and turn them into a simple, native-feeling user experience.
• Retention Design: Work that demonstrates a mastery of using visual cues and "pattern interrupts" to keep users moving through a funnel.
• Iteration Ability: If possible, show us "Before and After" shots of a design that was improved based on data or testing.

Note: We are specifically looking for a Growth Design portfolio—please do not send fine art, photography, or purely conceptual brand work. We want to see high-converting interfaces that drive results.
