Video Editor Intern - Gene AI

What We Do
Gene is the AI platform for real estate sales teams. We qualify leads, book appointments, and update the CRM automatically, so real estate developers can sell more, doing less.
The Role
4-month full-time internship with a clear path to a full-time role.
You'll assist in editing all video content: social media clips, product demos, ads, testimonials, YouTube videos, and more.
Your edits will help us stand out, tell our story, and convert viewers into customers.
What You'll Edit
Short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
Long-form YouTube videos
Product demos and tutorials
Paid ad creative (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Customer testimonials and case studies
Behind-the-scenes and brand content
Motion graphics and animations for all of the above
Requirements
Must Have:
Portfolio/showreel of video work (include variety)
Motion graphics and animation skills (After Effects or similar)
Proficiency in professional editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow
Experience with subtitles, text overlays, and graphics
Can work independently and turn around projects fast
Available full-time for 6 months minimum
Nice to Have:
B2B SaaS or tech company video experience
Experience with AI-powered video tools
Knowledge of multiple editing software platforms
Real estate or PropTech video work
Understanding of different platform requirements (9:16, 16:9, 1:1)
