Workday Analyst (Recruitment Module)

**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in HRIS and Workday, particularly within professional services or corporate settings.
- Proven expertise in configuring the Workday Recruiting module, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and optimizing HR processes.
- Preferably experienced with DocuSign integration.
- Strong skills in communication, both writing, and verbal, along with analytical thinking.
- Excellent organization, detail orientation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience handling multiple priorities and adapting to business changes efficiently.
- Capable of working independently with a high degree of accountability.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and achieving results through collaboration.
