Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Family-Owned Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 85k/year - Fairfield, NJ

• Our client, an independent agency with nearly a century of experience is looking for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Fairfield, NJ. This role offers the chance to be part of a close-knit group that values long-standing client relationships and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to a team of Commercial Lines Account Managers handling a general book of commercial accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverages, claims, and policy updates.
• Conduct marketing, remarketing, and rating for accounts.
• Issue policy certificates of insurance and ID cards.
• Address customer issues and ensure follow-up to resolve concerns.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience handling commercial accounts.
• Knowledge of Applied EPIC.
• Current valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 75k - 85k/year range.
• Group benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401k.
• 10 holidays, 2 weeks of vacation, and 3 personal days.
• This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in office and 2 remote days.
