Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining medical and administrative data within our systems. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update patient, laboratory, and administrative data into internal systems
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Organize and manage digital files and records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Generate basic reports and assist with data audits when required

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role
Strong typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 50 WPM recommended)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data management systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications\
Experience in healthcare or medical data entry
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Basic understanding of medical terminology
