We're hiring Production Workers for a premier plastic manufacturing plant in Boothwyn, PA

Shift/Pay:

• 1st & 3rd shift (7:00am-7:00pm) rotating 4 on 3 off then 3 on 4 off
• $18-25 per hour based on experience!

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate all production equipment.
• Clean all tooling needed for production.
• Change all tooling for production based on the production schedule.
• Maintain all quality standards on shift, including the use of dial calipers and micrometers.
• Label production on each production line.
• Retrieve all raw materials needed for production.
• Remove stock from the end of extrusion lines for transfer to inventory.
• Keep accurate inventory counts on the production manufactured during the shift.
• Put away production into warehouse stock racks.
• Complete daily production logs.

Work Environment

Our manufacturing plant is loud and deadline-driven, with a team of tenured and hardworking employees. The facility can become very hot, especially during the summer months, so candidates must be comfortable working in the heat. We follow a rotating shift pattern with 12-hour shifts, alternating between day and night every two weeks. Our shifts are structured as follows: 4 days on, 3 days off, then 3 days on, 4 days off, with shifts from 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am. We are a worldwide leader in the extrusion of semi-finished thermoplastics, operating since 1932

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boothwyn, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
