We are looking for a Legal Operations Specialist (or CLM Lead) to become the backbone of our legal department. In this role, you’ll do more than just manage paperwork; you’ll be the master of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, a trusted liaison between our business teams and attorneys, and a technical guide who ensures our data is as precise as our legal language. salary: $25 - $28 per hour

Responsibilities
- Liaison & Communication: Acts as liaison between internal clients (at all levels of the organization) and attorneys on all legal documents; responds to inquiries regarding contracts (with attorney supervision).
- System Stewardship: Stewards and manages the Enterprises Contract Lifecycle Management systems; evaluates Legal IS software on the market as available.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Reviews agreements for terms necessary for lifecycle management; evaluates electronic legal review requests for data compliance; creates and generates reports from the CLM system.
- Data Integrity: Controls the input of data used to track legal agreement expirations and renewals; oversees integrity of the critical contract data repository.
- Execution & Archival: Coordinates and oversees the execution of all final documents and archival function, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Internal Guidance: Counsels business associates on legal operations and documentation requirements; conducts video and in-person tutorials on using CLM systems.
- Project Support: Supports additional company projects related to contracts (e.g., Finance and Procurement) as needed.
