Job Summary

We are seeking General Production Workers to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production facility. This role is essential to maintaining efficient machine operation, material handling, and overall workflow on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Operate various production machinery safely and efficiently
• Assist in the manufacturing process of glass and glazing products
• Load, unload, and transport materials using a forklift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in production , machine operation , or general manufacturing
• Proficiency in forklift operation (certification is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Glass Worker or within the glass manufacturing industry

Work Environment

• Fast‑paced manufacturing setting
• Safety and precision are top priorities
• Casual, comfortable work attire suitable for hands‑on production
• Consistent schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12‑hour shifts , offering a 3‑day weekend every week

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Versailles, KY.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
