Overview

Institutional Client Group (ICG) facilitates primary origination, distribution, and secondary market-making of FIC product suite and financing to institutional clients, including financials, asset managers, pension funds, insurers, hedge funds, private equity, central Banks, and sovereign wealth funds.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for covering important institutional clients across products within our Macro Value Group (MVG)
• Have strong relationships with partners, senior PMs, principals, and capital markets professionals at the clients you cover and to work collaboratively with product partners in trading and structuring to deliver creative solutions for your client base
• Strategic planning, budgeting, client wallet share analysis and help generate new revenue opportunities within the securitized, private, and alternate capital space
• New business development
• Drive sales growth by creating new / developing existing relationships
• Generate new revenue opportunities for the SPS business; and think strategically about the business, stay on top of market themes/trends

• Able to work in a high-paced environment under pressure

Skills You’ll Need

• Strong interpersonal skills for developing new client relationships and communicating with various DB teams in a fast-paced environment
• Have a consistent sense of urgency around doing his or her best – day in and day out
• Strong communication skills to persuade investors to purchase DB services
• Detail oriented and driven to succeed in a complex, fast-moving environment
• Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced, time sensitive work environment

Skills That Will Help You Excel

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Series 7 & 63
• 5+ years of experience in Fixed Income
• Be a team player - anticipating and solving problems for the group

Expectations

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $140K to $170K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
