Responsibilities
- Promptly responds to management and client requests through emails, phone calls, text messages, and in-person interactions.
- Manages the receiving, sorting, delivery, and processing of courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines, and all classes of U.S. Postal Service mail.
- Prioritizes exceptional customer service in all interactions.
- Logs, delivers, and tracks all activities for accurate reporting.
- Addresses customer requests promptly and maintains detailed records of inquiries and fulfilled requests.
