Requirements:
Strong experience as a Scrum Master
Experience working with Kanban methodology
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Ensure teams follow Scrum and Kanban best practices
Remove blockers and support team productivity
Work closely with stakeholders and development teams
Drive continuous improvement within Agile processes
