What You’ll Do

• Lead with safety—conduct equipment inspections and follow all safety protocols
• Operate tractors, mowers, and other landscaping or agricultural equipment to maintain large-scale grounds
• Ensure mowing and landscape services are completed on schedule and to spec
• Maintain, clean, and prep your equipment for each shift
• Load tools and materials as needed and support the broader landscape team
• Report any issues, hazards, or needs proactively
• Represent the City in the field with professionalism and attention to detail

What You Bring

• Experience operating tractors, farm machinery, or similar outdoor equipment
• Background in landscaping, farming, agriculture, or ranch work preferred
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality results
• Familiarity with mowing, equipment care, and jobsite coordination
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality
• Valid driver’s license required
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule that may include extended hours during peak demand
• Willingness to be a key contributor on a hard-working, fast-paced crew
• Strong work ethic and respect for equipment, customers, and coworkers

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Driver License
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
